Character and Personality

You need to begin from the roots in order to build up trust. Like in the image he shows us, where the tip is out of the water which represents personality. The bottom part covered up with water which represents character. Character Ethic is Integrity, Justice, responsibility, and contribution. Personality Ethic is how to "appear to be" and not how " Actually to be." Like he says what if they wanted to use the people to build up their own economic. You need to build up your character and trust worthiness.
